Shipping in Malaysia:

Shipping in Malaysia usually takes between 3 to 5 business days * to reach you. Shipping prices are calculated automatically based on shipping address and weight / dimension. * Business days do not include public holidays and weekends. * Orders on Fridays after 8.30am will only be processed the following Monday. * Please note that we will not be able to fulfill requests for deliveries by a certain date or time as delivery depends on the courier.


For international orders:


Shipping fees depend on the destination country. Please note that your delivery may also be subject to customs charges (import & tax duties), which are not under our control. This charge is the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are before purchase.

Tracking number will be provided by email upon delivery so you can check the status of the shipment. Delivery usually takes 5 business days or more than 14 business days depending on the country of destination.

How do I know if my item has been shipped?


After you review, you will be notified by email about the status of your order. After they are sent, another email will be sent to you with a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your item on their courier website. Details will be provided to you on how to do this in the same email.

Can I cancel / change an order after I confirm it?


If you would like to cancel / change your order, please let us know at our 888.cosb@gmail.com email. Orders can only be canceled before the item is shipped. We make every effort to process your order immediately and order cancellation will not be allowed once payment has been made.


What should I do if the product I received is defective or not the one I ordered?

If you have received a defective item or the item was not your order,please notify us at 888.cosb@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of the product. It may take about 5 to 14 business days for us to receive the returned item. All items will be inspected upon return, so please make sure they are properly wrapped and not damaged on the way.Upon receipt, we will notify you and delivery of the item usually takes 3 to 5 business days to contact you. If the item is no longer available, we will refund you including the postage cost but only after the damaged or incorrect item has been returned to us. Please refer to the Wrong Product.
